The Mulgrave galley bathroom:

Featuring various renders in dark tomes with contrasted effects of oak, ceramic & Acryllic.

A non-conventional and moody bathroom set for a spa like ambience. The roof feature is finished in a powder coated charcoal emulating similar accents throughout the project.

The Mulgrave living room & kitchen area:

Featuring bespoke cabinetry finished in walnut & design details in stained oak. A contemporary kitchen featuring a steel countertop & cabinets in satin charcoal. The wall unit is finished in a painted glass.

The room benefits from plenty of light which accommodates the darker tones. The space subtly provides an abundance of storage which is key to a 2-3 bed residence.

The Mulgrave bedroom:

Refurb & renovate on an industrial level – thanks to modern building techniques & materials, it is possible to expose sections of the original brickwork as a feature with rendered sections for an interesting contrast at the Mulgrave bedroom. Feature metal work as divider adds interest and a sense of privacy at the wardrobe section. Illumination above the bespoke velvet headboard with walnut trim creates interest of the feature brick section.
