A selection of the Initial design concepts for project BLD 40. The concepts feature the kitchen area, a new laundry room, a new shower room, a relaxation room, a family room and a front room.

A contemporary minimalist approach was preferred by the clients with the use of natural materials. Function and form are key. Understated luxury through the use of quality materials, fittings, finishes and furniture.
