We have presented a new proposal for the upgrade of an apartment complex. The original complex currently has large terrace windows and a small balcony rail. Our proposal is based on expanding the amenity, value and facility of each apartment by expanding the balcony space to accommodate a private exterior area with the construction of a retro-fitted balcony structure. This is the first proposal currently under consideration. The arched design is there to reflect the architectural detail that exists on the adjoining office blocks.
